Article 1 Consent to the Collection of Personal Information

Article 3 Collection of Personal Information via Cookies

Article 4 Period of Retaining and Using Personal Information and Destruction of Personal Information
1. Customer personal information will be destroyed without delay after the purpose for its collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if personal information needs to be retained for a certain period to verify the rights and obligations of transaction parties as per relevant statutes, such as the Protection of Consumers in E-commerce and Other Transactions Act, it will be retained for the required period.
2. Procedure for Destruction of Personal Information: A. Destruction Process: Information entered for membership registration will be transferred to a separate database (or separate filing cabinet for paper records) and stored for a certain period in accordance with internal guidelines and relevant statutes, after which it will be destroyed. B. Destruction Method: Personal information printed on paper will be shredded or burned, and electronic personal information will be entirely destroyed using technological methods that prevent recovery or restoration.
Article 5 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
1. The Website will not use or provide customers' personal information to other individuals, companies, or institutions beyond the scope mentioned in Article 2 (Personal Information Items Collected and Purpose of Using Personal Information).
2. Exceptions to this rule: A. When personal information is required by relevant authorities for investigative purposes in accordance with applicable statutes B. When personal information is provided in an anonymized form to advertisers, suppliers, or research organizations for compiling statistics or conducting academic or market research C. When personal information is requested according to pre-determined procedures under other relevant statutes. Even in such cases, the Website strives to ensure that the information is not indiscriminately provided contrary to the original purpose of its collection.
Article 6 Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
The Website outsources the processing of personal information to external professional organizations for efficient operation of services, including customer convenience and improved service delivery.

Article 7 Access and Modification of Personal Information
1. Customers may access or modify their personal information registered at the Website at any time. Customers can click on the Change Member Information menu to directly access or modify their personal information, or they may request access or modification by sending emails or written requests to the chief privacy officer or a personal information handling employee at the Website. The Website will take necessary action without delay.
2. If customers request corrections to any errors in their personal information, the Website will not use or provide that personal information until the errors are corrected.
3. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to any third parties, the Website will immediately notify them of the corrections and request that they modify the information accordingly.
Article 8 Withdrawal of Consent to the Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
1. Customers may withdraw their consent to the collection, use, and provision of their personal information at any time by clicking Withdrawal of Consent (Membership) in the Personal Information Management Menu on the Website's landing page. They may also contact the chief privacy officer of the Website in writing, by phone, or through email. The Website will take necessary measures, such as deletion of personal information, and immediately notify customers of such measures.
2. The Website will ensure that customers can withdraw their consent (membership) through a simpler method than the one they used to provide consent to the collection of their personal information.
Article 9 Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Website will implement technological, administrative, and physical measures required to ensure the security of personal information in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
1. Encryption of Personal Information: Users’ personal information, including passwords, is stored and managed securely and is known only to the users who own the information. Important data is protected using encryption and file locking methods.

Technological Measures Against Hacking: The Website will regularly install, update, and check security programs to prevent personal information from being leaked or damaged by hacking or computer viruses. It will also ensure that access from outside is controlled and that secure areas are inspected physically and technologically.
